Beet Better Smoothie
A refreshing, immune-supporting blend packed with natural vitamins, anti-inflammatory ingredients, and gentle sweetness. Perfect for when you’re feeling under the weather—or just need a boost.
Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)
- 1 medium raw beet, peeled and chopped (in the picture and VDO I used candy cane beet so the color is less intense than typical deep red beet)
- 1 large orange, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced into small coins
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
- Optional: juice of 1/2 lemon or lime for extra brightness
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve chill.
