Beet Better Smoothie

A refreshing, immune-supporting blend packed with natural vitamins, anti-inflammatory ingredients, and gentle sweetness. Perfect for when you’re feeling under the weather—or just need a boost.


Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)

  • 1 medium raw beet, peeled and chopped (in the picture and VDO I used candy cane beet so the color is less intense than typical deep red beet)
  • 1 large orange, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced into small coins
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
  • Optional: juice of 1/2 lemon or lime for extra brightness

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve chill.
