Hot Honey Salmon Taco Platter
A colorful, naturally gluten-free spread starring tender baked hot honey salmon, bright tropical salsa, and creamy jalapeño avocado crema — perfect for taco nights, casual gatherings, or a fun build-your-own dinner.
1. Baked Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 tbsp hot honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp fish sauce (or to taste)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together hot honey, olive oil, and fish sauce. Add salmon and gently toss to coat.

Instructions:

- Taste and adjust salt, lime, or spice level as desired.
4. Simple Guacamole
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: chopped tomato, cilantro, or jalapeño
Instructions:
- Mash avocados in a bowl.
