Vibrant raw red beet, creamy yogurt, banana, almond milk, and a trio of seeds blended into one silky smoothie. It’s naturally sweet, protein-balanced, and designed to give steady energy — not a sugar crash.
Ingredients
- 1 small raw red beet peeled and chopped
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- ¾ –1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Ice cubes if desired
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Adjust thickness with almond milk as needed.
- Serve immediately.
