This is how I prep myself before I exercise — nourishing my heart before I move my body. Vibrant raw red beet, creamy yogurt, banana, almond milk, and a trio of seeds blended into one silky smoothie. It’s naturally sweet, protein-balanced, and designed to give steady energy — not a sugar crash.

Ingredients

  • 1 small raw red beet peeled and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ¾ –1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Ice cubes if desired

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust thickness with almond milk as needed.
  • Serve immediately.
