Mango Lassi

Creamy, cooling, and nourishing — this Mango Lassi is sunshine in a glass.
Naturally sweet mango, probiotic-rich yogurt, a touch of cardamom, and a sprinkle of pistachios… it’s refreshing, wholesome, and just the kind of treat that fuels you right.

Recipe (serves 2):

  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled & chopped
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • ½ cup almond milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • Chopped pistachios to garnish

Blend everything until smooth & creamy, pour into glasses, and finish with pistachios on top.
