Wholesome Salad Bowl

If you have been following me, you know by now, I believe you are what you eat and when you eat well you will live well. So this concept of a wholesome salad bowl is something I incorporate into my daily life. It’s simple, no fuss, pretty and delicious. I love the anti-inflammatory properties in honey, Turmeric and the spice from my Thaimee Laab chili. This one bowl is full of lovely things.

Notes

  • My preference is a 6 mins boiled egg but you can use any cooking time of the eggs to your liking.
  • I give an egg per person per portion but you can adjust to your preference as well but remember, portion control is always a great idea.
  • You can add on other sources of protein such as chicken breast, chickpea, avocado and or grilled salmon.
  • Leftover salad dressing can be stored in a airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
