- 1 unit baguette (5” slice) or bread of your choice toasted
- 1 smear butter or coconut oil for a healthier option
- 2 eggs boiled for 6 minutes cut into quarters
- 2 tbsp Thaimee Sweet Chili Sauce or to taste
- Microgreens optional
Instructions
