Pineapple Salsa

This vibrant pineapple salsa is a perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and spicy. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats and fish—especially salmon or tilapia—and adds a tropical touch to tacos, rice bowls, or even as a fresh dip with chips. For a Thai twist, try it with finely chopped Thai chili instead of jalapeño for an extra kick.

Notes

Tip: Swap in Thai chili if you like it spicy—it adds a bold, fragrant heat that pairs especially well with grilled fish.
