For the Thai Tea Concentrate:
2 cups water
¼ cup Thaimee Tea Powder (or other brand)
1 tablespoon sugar or sweetener, or to taste
1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk (or coconut milk for a dairy-free option)
Ice, for shaking
Bring the water to a boil in a saucepan.
Add the Thai tea mix and sugar, stirring to dissolve.
Simmer for 5 minutes, then strain to remove tea leaves.
Add in condensed milk.
Let cool completely before using.
