Vol. 2 Soy Ginger Steamed Salmon with Ginger Scallion Dipping + Lychee Iced Tea

Soy Ginger Steamed Salmon with Ginger Scallion Dipping is a very easy dish to make and very delicious. When I created this recipe, I thought of ChinaTown (Yaowarat) in Bangkok. The vibrant Chinese culture in Thai culture is blending so seamlessly. I will show you how to cook a perfect salmon and how to blend in Asian flavors into your repertoire.

Lychee Iced Tea is refreshing and it will pair so well with Soy Ginger Steamed Salmon with Ginger Scallion Dipping. I will show you how versatile Thai tea powder is and how you can incorporate other flavors into it and make it your new favorite drink.

Class Notes:

  1. If you can’t find Wonton Noodles, you can serve the salmon over rice, pasta or even healthier choices like quinoa.
